Create! Magazine is a proudly independent, women-owned, artist-run platform dedicated to amplifying the voices and works of emerging and mid-career creatives from all corners of the globe. Our mission is to provide an inclusive, supportive, and transparent space for artists of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences to share their stories and art with a broader audience.
We are excited to announce our latest juried call for artists. Selected artists will receive a custom-designed two-page spread in our publication (available in both print and digital formats), showcasing your artist biography, website, and two images of your artwork.

Create! Magazine is pleased to announce our latest call for art, curated by Marina Granger for print issue #60. This is an international, juried open call open to artists worldwide working in any medium.
For this issue, all subjects and media are welcome.
Theme: The Artist's World
What does it mean to create your own world as an artist? Whether you are creating a universe through your art, an independent maker living and building your own opportunities, or an artist inhabiting the planet, we want to see your work. This theme is open to all interpretations.
Meet the Juror
Marina Granger is the founder of The Artist Advisory, a New York City based company devoted to helping artists build careers that are both strategically grounded and deeply aligned. Drawing on nearly 15 years of experience in New York museums and galleries, she brings together art world strategy, positioning and presentation, mindset, and energetic alignment to help artists develop a clearer sense of who they are and pursue meaningful opportunities, relationships, and sales.
Marina served as Guest Curator of Create! Magazine's 2024 Women's Print Issue and has most recently curated Lunationat Warnes Contemporary in Brooklyn, NY and The Feminine Divine at Kaliner Gallery in New York. She is also the host of The MFA Podcast, where she explores the inner and outer dimensions of building a sustainable life and career in the art world. In addition to her graduate degree in art history and extensive gallery experience, Marina is a certified Classical Feng Shui practitioner, mindset coach, hypnotist, and Reiki Master, a multidisciplinary background that shapes her distinctive approach to artist development. Her expertise has been featured in Forbes, The Art Gorgeous, and Hyperallergic.

Submission Guidelines
Eligibility: Open to all artists worldwide working in any medium. Please submit only original works. No academic background is required.
Submission Requirements: Submit up to 10 works, cohesive bodies of work and series encouraged, a 300 word bio, and a 300 word artist statement.
Deadline: September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
Our Mission and the Submission Fee
Fee: $35 for three images.
Create! Magazine is run by a small, dedicated, artist led team. We prioritize a sustainable and professional arts ecosystem, which is why your submission fee is used to directly and fairly compensate our guest juror, professional writers, and designers. These funds also cover the administrative and technical costs of hosting these open calls.
We are here to support your career growth year round. You are always welcome to send professional pitches for our blog or online features to our editorial team throughout the year.

Artist Advocacy: If published, artists retain full copyright and ownership of their work. Selection is competitive and juried by industry professionals to ensure a high caliber publication. Selection is not guaranteed. If selected, there are no additional fees. Artists have the option to purchase print copies of the issue at their discretion.
