Create! Magazine is pleased to announce the open call for Issue No. 58, In Full Color, juried by Liz Lidgett. This is an international, juried open call open to artists worldwide working in any medium.
We are inviting you to respond to the concept of color in whatever way feels most true to your current practice. Color as language. Color as structure, memory, or emotion. Your interpretation is the work. All subjects and mediums are welcome.
About the Theme
This is an open call. We are looking for your interpretation of color expressed through your art. Whether your practice centers on painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, fiber, or any other medium, we want to see how color lives in your work right now and what it means to you.
That might mean a painting built around hue and saturation. It might mean work where color carries cultural expression, or textile work where dye and fiber carry emotional weight. There is no single right answer. We are looking for work that is honest, committed, and current. This call is open to all mediums with the exception of AI-generated work.

Create! Magazine and PxP Contemporary are pleased to announce an open call for Time Capsule, a juried online exhibition, artist catalog, and Artsy exhibition presented as part of the Create! Projects series. This is an international, juried open call open to artists worldwide working in any medium.
We are inviting artists to submit work made within the past decade, offering a focused look at where your practice has been, how it has evolved, and what it has meant to you. All subjects, mediums, and backgrounds are welcome.
About the Theme
A time capsule holds what we choose to preserve. It speaks to intention, to memory, and to the value we place on a moment in time.
For this call, we are asking artists to look back across the past ten years of their practice and submit work that represents that body of time. This might mean a singular defining piece, a cohesive series, or work that captures a shift or turning point in your process. We are looking for work that is considered, committed, and honest about where it comes from.
All mediums are welcome. All backgrounds are welcome.
This call is open to all mediums with the exception of AI-generated work.
